Berries are rich in colour and children love everything colourful on their plate. Try one variant of berry each day for your child. It might be strawberries, cherries, blackberries or blueberries. It is said that the brighter the colour of the berry is, the more nutritious it is. Studies have also shown that berries being rich in antioxidants also improve brain development and memory.
