1. Radish juice
Drink the 1/4th cup of radish juice twice a day daily. It is a common remedy for piles. However, you can increase it to half a cup gradually.
2. Sitz bath
This is a very common remedy that even doctors recommend to relieve piles pain. Fill a bathtub with lukewarm water for about three to four inches and sit in it to soak in the warmth. It will relax the anal muscles with soothing the pain and itchiness. Do this for at least thrice a day.
3. Aloe Vera
Aloe vera sap is one of the best remedies to treat inflammation. Cut thin strips of the aloe vera leaf removing all the thorns from it. Chill them in the refrigerator. Apply to the affected area. It will give you relief from the pain. Alternatively, you can also drink aloe vera juice daily to prevent the occurrence of piles.
4. Pomegranate Peel
Boil pomegranate peel in water. Strain and drink the liquid twice a day.
5. Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is effective on inflammation. Apply some coconut oil to the affected area thrice a day to get rid of piles.
6. Fiber-rich food
Piles are commonly caused due to the trouble of pooping or constipation. The best remedy is to include enough fiber to your diet so that bowel movement gets easy. Fresh fruits, vegetables, and fiber-rich diet can prevent piles from occurring.
7. Drink Water
Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and ease the bowel movement. Applying less pressure while pooping will treat piles and prevent it from recurring.
Piles is definitely a nuisance but treating it at home with natural ingredients is effective and safe at the same time.
