The flu can cause serious infections like pneumonia or can worsen lung disease that might even result in hospitalization.

The flu is usually viral that infects nose, throat and lungs. It is easily contracted from person to person through coughing, sneezing or even talking. Cleanliness – 

There is nothing important than maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in and around your surroundings to protect your family from seasonal flu and illness.

Disinfectant your belongings that you frequently meet.

 

Avoid contact – 

If you are down with flu, makes sure that limit contact from the rest of the family for a few days specially children until your flu subsides. Keep away from your workplace too till the fever is gone. Always use a disposable tissue to cover your mouth and nose while sneezing and coughing.

Although street foods and enticing and smell amazingly tempting, you should avoid eating them if you wish to keep healthy. Don’t prefer cut fruits and juices from roadside vendors.
